Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within [1–3 business days] (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

During high order volumes, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, customs, or carrier issues beyond our control.

Domestic & International Shipping

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking information will be available within 24–48 hours.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Glowtica is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility.

Damages & Lost Packages

Glowtica is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly or reach out to us at Shop.glowtica@gmail.com within 48 hours with photos of the damage.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
